Academic & Professional Standards
The Six Pillars of Our Supervision Model
Named Academic Lead
Every intern is assigned a designated Internship Lead (in CET) plus an engineering mentor. You have a scheduled 45-minute 1:1 every week to review learning goals, architectural blockers, and report progress.
Daily CET Overlap
Core working hours are 09:00–13:00 CET (12:00–16:00 PKT). This 4-hour window guarantees synchronous pairing, daily standups, and instant unblocking without timezone lag.
24h Review SLA
Pull requests never rot. Senior engineers provide thorough, line-by-line code reviews with a 24-hour SLA, enforcing typing, performance benchmarks, and automated CI test passes.
Praktikumsbericht Ready
You draft Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and benchmark studies on production systems. You finish with verifiable technical evidence and recorded demos ready for faculty submission.
Formal Reference & ECTS
We issue a formal *Praktikumsbescheinigung* and qualified letter of recommendation detailing completed project modules, hours, competencies, and evaluated academic grade.
Fair Transparent Stipend
We believe unpaid internships are exploitative. Every intern receives a competitive monthly engineering stipend (€800–€1,200/mo depending on track/hours) so you can focus 100% on your work.
Program Logistics
Built for European Master's Schedules
Whether you are taking a formal semester-long practical module (e.g. 30 ECTS / 6 months full-time) or combining a 20h/week placement with courses, we adapt our sprint structure to your study plan.
Track A: Full-Time
3–6 Months (40h/wk)
Ideal for semester breaks or dedicated master practical modules (15–30 ECTS).
Track B: Part-Time
6 Months (20h/wk)
Ideal for continuing coursework alongside a structured engineering placement.
Who We Are Looking For

Frequently Asked Questions
Faculty & Student FAQ
Do I need to relocate to Pakistan?
No. All master's internships are 100% remote within Germany and the European Union. You work from your home university city while collaborating synchronously with our Karachi delivery squads during daily CET core hours (09:00–13:00 CET).
How does academic ECTS accreditation work?
Students at European universities independently arrange host companies for their practical master's modules. Our program is structured to provide all required formal documentation (Praktikumsvertrag, Zwischenbericht, Tätigkeitsnachweis, and certified final Praktikumsbescheinigung) to satisfy your faculty's examination board (Prüfungsausschuss).
What contracts and paperwork do you sign?
We execute formal internship host agreements (Praktikumsvertrag), mutual confidentiality agreements (NDA), and complete all university-provided evaluation forms and supervisor sign-offs.
How are deliverables evaluated?
Evaluation is based on verifiable engineering output: merged pull requests, architecture decision records (ADRs), automated test quality, benchmark metrics, and end-of-internship system demo.
